Welcome to Your 30 day Challenge! This site is filled with challenges to try for 30 days to help you make (or break) a habit, and bring you closer to your goals. All of the challenges are completely free!
How to do the challenges
The first step is to browse the different challenges and find one that is interesting or helpful to you in some way. What are your goals? What can help you get closer to them? Is there something you’ve always wanted to try?
Remember, this is YOUR 30 day challenge. You are in control of which you decide to do and when!
After you choose one (or more!) decide on a date to start and just do it! You can do anything for 30 days!
I would recommend only doing one or two challenges at a time especially if one is particularly a big change for you.
Track your progress
Keep yourself motivated and accountable by charting your progress and results. (Read more about how to track your progress.)
Discussing your challenge with your social network can also keep you motivated!
When you’ve finished a challenge
If after the 30 days you decide that it just wasn’t for you, hey at least you know you tried it and stuck with it for 30 days!
Challenges that you feel have added value to your life will naturally become part of your daily rountine, time for another challenge!
Tips
If you mess up or miss a day of your challenge, don’t give up! So what? Just double up a day or skip to the next day! You don’t have to be perfect or start over.
Invite your friends to do a challenge with you! Or if you prefer to do it on your own, that works too!
